8.6/10 Excellent! (829 reviews)
Excellent stay. Immaculately clean and modern and a nice sized, beautifully decorated room. Bathroom was lovely. Tucked away from the street with an Incredibly comfortable bed. Offers great value for money and is very easy to access from the freeway. Only feedback I can give to the property is about the courtyard fountains. I was in room 109 and they can be heard in the rooms. It’s like someone has left the bathroom tap running all night. Perhaps you could consider turning them off after a certain time in the evening. The guests next door also said that it drove them nuts too. I’d still happily stay here again in the future and 100% recommend to other travellers.

9/10 Wonderful! (106 reviews)
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and would definitely recommend it! Check-in and check-out were both very smooth, and we really appreciated that they were able to accommodate our request for an early check-in and late check-out. The location was very convenient and close to many of the major tourist attractions, which made getting around easy. Free parking was also a huge plus, especially with two parking lots available, so we never had an issue finding a space. The apartment itself was spacious, including the rooms and bathroom, and having a washer and dryer inside the unit was extremely convenient for our week-long stay. There is also an on-site staff member available if you need any assistance, which was reassuring. The price was excellent, especially considering we stayed for a full week over Labor Day. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we felt we got great value for the price. We would happily stay here again!

This hotel is very poorly kept. I understand it is historical but there are updates that would make it more acceptable. The handles fell off the shower and tub. The room smelled terrible, like sewer. The room was dusty and dirty. There was no additional lock on the door so we felt unsafe. The a/c wasn’t blowing cold air so they gave a dusty old fan. Valet was hard to use. The staff was nice and asked why we checked out after just one night.

"The room was large and AC fully functioning. The only ...not really issue.... is the previous guests were probably smokers. I smelled it as soon as I entered, but it didn't bother me. Otherwise the property was really relaxing, with the water feature."
